Teacher Stress and Burnout Survey

Thank you for your willingness to participate in this important survey.  For questions 1 through 31, please rate the degree to which you feel stressed in the various activities and demands of your work as a teacher from “Not at all Distressing” to “Very Distressing”.

Questions 32 through 54 allow you to describe yourself as a teacher.  Please be sure to complete these.  Once you have completed the survey, simply click “Submit” and the results will be sent to us.

To ensure your pivacy, we have a procedure in place to separate your e-mail address from your responses.  Your response to this survey is completely confidential, and once the data has been recorded, no record of your participation will be kept.

If you are interested in our findings, we will post them at this address upon completion, which is expected in May 2006.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you again!
